All orders are processed usually within 7 business days after payment has been confirmed. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including tracking information where applicable.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping delays can occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier issues.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If a package's tracking information shows that it has been lost or damaged in transit, we will issue a full refund to the customer.
- In Transit Packages: If a package's tracking information shows no movement for 30 calendar days, we will consider it lost and issue a full refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. ESSENZA SUDS is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
